How It Works

Effective October 18, 2026

1. Choose digital access

Select an agency subscription or individual training pass on the Pricing page. Before payment, review the plan, licensed seats, billing interval and access dates. An agency owner can assign seats within an active subscription.

2. Sign in and begin training

After confirmed payment or an active seat assignment, sign in to access your digital learning workspace with training modules, scripts, workflow tools and business resources. My Progress shows your recorded learning history; authorized managers have a separate trainer dashboard.

3. Follow a suggested schedule

Choose the 7-day Express or 14-day Mastery pace for the selected track. Study the existing Medicare and insurance-agent curriculum, rehearse fictional calls and review feedback. The schedules are suggestions, not promises of readiness or credentials.

4. Organize your team's learning

Agency owners set header and footer branding, invite learners and manage shared seats. Authorized trainers review their own agency's progress and practice records. Temporary practice worksheets clear on reset or refresh and are not live customer-record systems.

5. Continue while access is active

Keep reviewing and practicing while your assigned access and agency subscription remain active. Canceling renewal retains access through the confirmed paid term. Individual passes have the exact expiration shown before checkout. Academy payments purchase education only; external enrollment services remain separate.
